Good Point / Privacy

Privacy Notice.

This notice explains how Good Point handles information you share when using our website or submitting a marketing enquiry, including the third-party services involved.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Information We Collect

When you complete the enquiry form, you may provide your name, work email, company details, website or LinkedIn address, services of interest, marketing challenges and any additional information you choose to submit. Please do not include passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal details.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider may process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, device information and request details. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may also collect information about your visits and interactions.

Why We Use It

  • To receive and respond to your enquiries and discuss relevant Good Point services.
  • To operate, maintain and protect the website.
  • With your analytics permission, to understand website usage and improve pages and visitor experience.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations and handle legitimate requests.

Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Any optional marketing subscription should be a separate choice.

Third-Party Services

Vercel: hosts the website and processes requests required to deliver and secure it. Learn more from Vercel's privacy policy.

Tally: provides our embedded enquiry form and handles the information you submit. Loading the contact page may connect your browser to Tally even if you've declined Google Analytics. See Tally privacy information.

Google reCAPTCHA: Our Tally enquiry form uses Google's reCAPTCHA to help distinguish genuine submissions from automated spam and abuse. When the CAPTCHA is loaded or used, Google may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, and interaction signals to perform security checks. This processing is separate from our optional Google Analytics tracking and can occur even if you reject analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Google Analytics 4: helps measure visits and engagement only after you opt in to analytics on this website. Google's privacy information is available at Google Privacy Policy.

These providers may process information in countries outside your own, depending on their infrastructure and settings. Their own notices describe their processing practices.

Analytics Choices

On your first visit, you can accept or reject optional Google Analytics tracking. If you reject it, the website remains available. You can reopen to change your choice later. Your selection is stored in your browser's local storage.

We don't use the analytics choice to control Tally's embedded form or its Google reCAPTCHA security check. These services may load independently of analytics consent when you open the contact page.

Storage and Retention

Enquiry information is handled through our form provider and may be kept for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential business relationship or meet applicable legal obligations. Exact retention periods and deletion procedures are being finalized and should not be treated as a fixed deletion schedule.

Your browser stores your analytics preference until you change it or remove the site's stored data. Analytics data retention is also subject to the settings in our Google Analytics account.

Your Choices and Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted, subject to any applicable legal requirements. You can contact Good Point through the enquiry form and identify the request as a privacy request. We will review it and explain any available next steps. Please do not include additional sensitive data in your request.

Your privacy rights may vary depending on where you live. This notice does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

We may revise this notice as our services and website integrations evolve. Updated wording and the revision date will appear on this page.
